I'm an experienced business professional with 30+ years of management responsibilities in small business and non-profit organizations.  I have a passion for connecting people to resources and educational opportunities, especially when it helps them develop their servant leadership abilities.  I am proud to be co-founder of a Women Owned Small Business, and I look forward to the positive impacts our company will have in our community, and across the country.

Throughout four years working a full time corporate job, I came to the realization that I am not looking to follow the typical corporate path.  I am being drawn to doing something that can influence a wider variety of people and impact people in my generation in a meaningful way.  Being a millennial, I understand the issues that my generation is facing today, both in and outside of the workplace. We are different than the generations before us and that is not a bad thing, we just need to learn how to leverage our strengths to succeed. Through working with the other members of the UP team, I am hoping to help others to improve their professional and personal lives to make the world a better place.

While working with students and young adults, I have developed a passion for helping people utilize their personalities to be able to make a difference in their community.
